Question | How do I complete the Global Guardian mobile app for my travel to Amsterdam? |

For those traveling into Amsterdam from abroad, please ensure you are logged into your Global Guardian mobile app. This is a mandatory requirement under the EMEA Travel Safety and Security Policy. The Global Guardian mobile app is an essential travel safety tool containing travel information, alerts and emergency communication features. In preparation for your trip, please visit the Global Guardian Lobby Page and complete the international travel safety eLearning if you have not done so already. Before departure, please log into the Global Guardian Traveler Portal and ensure all your contact details are accurate under ‘My Profile’. Once you have done this, please download the Global Guardian App. If you followed the joining instructions but still couldn’t log into the app, click here to open a support ticket. Reminder: Please DO NOT remove your SIM card when traveling. If you need any medical or security support during your trip, please use the “Call Ops Center” feature on the App, to contact the 24/7 Global Guardian Operation Center directly. Please reach out to your Safety and Security Contact for further support. |

This will be billed to your hotel via affiliated prior to attending the conference. There will be a charge of $2,250 per attendee. Excludes accommodation, travel, any extras and incidentals that you will settle on departure. |

Question | Do I need to get a Visa? |

Visitors must meet Amsterdam entry requirements to travel to the country. Amsterdam is a member of the EU, so most visitors do not require a Visa, just a valid Passport or ID card. Passports must be valid for at least 3 months after the date you plan to leave. Visit the Government of the Netherlands website for further information. If you wish to book further accommodation at the Hilton Amsterdam Schiphol outside of the conference dates, please book via Hilton.com (business) or Go Hilton (for personal travel). If for any reason you cannot attend the conference once you have registered. Please inform Helen Aston at helen.aston@hilton.com. Accommodation is as per cancellation charges as above. The delegate fee is non-refundable. |

We want you to be comfortable and have fun during the conference, so the dress code is smart casual – smart jeans & trainers are acceptable. Ensure you pack for the weather as Amsterdam is mild during May. On Tuesday 20th May please wear comfortable shoes for the evening outing. For the gala dinner on Wednesday 21st May, dress up as your favourite band member, performer, or artist – or simply dress to impress to wow your colleagues!
